DESCRIPTION:Ranger led programs are available year round. All tours and programs are free and open to the public. \nFor more information or to RSVP for a program\, please e-mail us or call (703) 255-1824. \nBackstage Tours: Stand on a world-class stage\, learn how a theater runs\, and get a sneak peek at where the stars get ready. \nBackstage tours are available from October – April. Tours are limited to 30 participants and last approximately 60-90 minutes. Please note tour day and times. \nSaturday\, March 7 – 10 am\nSunday\, March 8 – 1 pm Shouse Lecture followed by backstage tour (~2 hours total length)\nSaturday\, March 14 – 2 pm\nSaturday\, April 18 – 10 am\nSaturday\, April 25 – 2 pm \nContact us to schedule additional tours for interested groups (12 or more people). \nPark History Walk: From Farm to Theater: Join a ranger for a walking tour of the Park and the original buildings from its establishment. Walk starts at the Ranger Station and should last an hour. Please dress for the weather and for a walking tour outside on the grass and on uneven surfaces. Please note start times.

It’s a simple yet powerful way to share kindness and nourishment in our neighborhood. \n📍 Location:\nYou’ll find the pantry at 12301 Alder Woods Drive\, Fairfax\, VA 22033—coming from Route 50\, it’s the second driveway on the left into Pender\, right beside the sidewalk. \n🥫 What’s Inside:\nAs of this writing\, the pantry is filled with a wide variety of items\, including: \n\nCanned tuna\, chicken\, chili\, and soup\nBroth\, vegetables\, pumpkin\, and apple sauce\nShelf-stable milk\, peach slices\, mandarin oranges\, and individual fruit packs\nJello\, pudding cups\, mac and cheese servings\, and mashed potatoes\nCoffee\, oatmeal\, ketchup\, gravy packets\, and cooking oil\n\nIt’s truly a community effort—and every contribution helps keep it going. \n💜 How to Help:\nAnyone is welcome to take what they need or to donate food items to keep the pantry stocked.
