Stroller Strides

Join us for a 45 minute stroller based workout for moms or caregivers.
Don’t worry, there will be lots of engagement with the littles in the stroller. Rhymes, songs, numbers, letters, animals…… we got it covered!
Children under 6 must be in stroller for duration of class. 6 and over are welcome, we’ll have a table set up with activities to keep them busy! Crafts and playtime follow the exercise program.
All fitness levels are welcome.
Wear comfy workout gear, bring water to remain hydrated, snacks/toys as emergency backup for littles to keep them happy, and a mat/towel for floor moves.
