Maker Monday: Magnetic Science

Explore the science behind magnets with fun experiments!
Learn about the basics of magnets as you move through six preplanned stations. These stations explore magnetic attraction, asking kids to test and record the reactions different types of materials have when touched by a magnet. Kids can also test the strength of different parts of the magnet, use negative poles to make magnets “float,” and build a compass
LEGOs, KEVA planks, arts & craft supplies, tech tools and more are also laid out to allow kids to express their creativity and building skills. Build to your heart’s content while you socialize with other STEAM enthusiasts.
