K-Street Food Truck Returns June 27 with Summer Food, Live Music, and a Mission
The KUMC Fellowship Food Truck, affectionately known as K-Street, will return to Pender United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 27, beginning at 5:00 p.m., offering an evening of delicious food, live music, and community fellowship.
This year’s event will feature a special summer menu prepared by members of KUMC’s Missions Department and IT Department, with dishes selected especially for the season. Guests can also enjoy live music from the 1970s and 1980s performed by a fellow church member who is a former singer with the well-known Korean band Shinchon Blues.
Everyone is welcome to come anytime after 5:00 p.m. to enjoy the food, music, and fellowship.
Tickets are currently on sale at Pender. The ticket price includes a donation to support the Philippi Tiny House Project. Because the event is made possible entirely through donated materials, volunteer labor, and musical talent, 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will be used to help fund Tiny House construction costs in Philippi.
Come enjoy a summer evening of great food, classic music, and meaningful mission support while helping make a difference in the lives of others.
