Chair Yoga

Join certified yoga and meditation instructor Anita Madhava as she guides you to do gentle stretches in the chair that will strengthen your joints and muscles and improve your overall health.
The class includes a guided meditation at the end which will help you relax, rejuvenate, and refresh.
