Someone asked me the other day why I was even doing this blog, since I have a boatload of other blogs and websites.
All the other blogs are more about specific topics. This one is about local free events (or reasonable) for Fairfax, VA and random, usually musical, posts about various holidays.

I’ve always loved the “holiday season” starting in the fall and going through to the next fall.
In addition to sharing local events, I’ll try to add some of my thoughts on the various holidays throughout the year.
Since I’m also a music teacher, there may be just a bit of musical trivia thrown into the post area. 🙂
